As a new customer, you don't have a chance here either. The answer I got on the phone was that they were full and weren't accepting any more. I've already called six veterinary practices to make an appointment, and I've always gotten the same answer. This is really making me think, and I really don't know what to do with my dog, who has something wrong with or in his eye.

We took our cat to Dr. Bär for a year and initially had a relatively positive impression. However, this quickly changed when our cat's symptoms worsened and I brought her to the practice due to weight loss and loss of appetite. Our cat is the sweetest cat in the world, very affectionate and friendly, and Dr. Bär, without asking, pulled her out of the carrier by the scruff of her neck and treated her so roughly that she now has an extreme fear of veterinarians. She is absolutely reluctant to answer questions about treatment costs. I asked several times how much a specific treatment would cost. Initially, she quoted €199, then €210, and in the end, we paid €280. So, don't expect transparency. Dr. Bär's standard treatment for all ailments is as follows: 1. Insert a thermometer rectally and take her temperature 2. Palpate to see if the animal is in pain 3. Give an injection 4. Prescribe antibiotics 5. "If it doesn't get better, come back in." Since we have now been to Dr. Bär four times for various ailments... When Dr. Bär was so unhelpful and Shiela never really got the treatment she needed, I finally lost my temper and we switched vets. I absolutely cannot recommend this veterinary practice unless you can't stand your pet. Almost every dog in the waiting room is terrified of being treated by her. I hope Dr. Bär didn't do such a bad job that our Shiela now has a serious, untreatable illness. I hope this kind of treatment isn't the norm and that patients will have better experiences with Dr. Bär in the future.

We highly recommend Dr. Baer, a top-notch vet. We've been going there with our two dogs since 2019 and are very satisfied. She's always willing to listen, and her treatments are always successful. The price/performance ratio is also excellent. 👍

Thank you so much! The reception staff were very courteous, helpful, and flexible with last-minute requests, and the treatment itself was friendly, confident, and competent. They took ample time and answered all my questions thoroughly. Despite the naturally anxious pet owners, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, something I haven't often experienced in a veterinary practice. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend this place.

It's always great; Dr. Baer has been my sheep flock's veterinarian for years... They used to be large flocks, now they're small... always there, anytime, I have complete trust in him... for the past year, I've also taken my dogs to Dr. Baer's small animal practice... again, I have complete trust in him, he's always friendly and always there... I can recommend him without hesitation. It's good that there are still veterinarians like him 🙏🏼.
