We had a very positive experience with the veterinary practice! We were able to bring our cat in today on short notice, which unfortunately isn't always the case these days. Mr. Löffler was incredibly kind and took plenty of time for our Stella. We felt very well cared for.
For almost 15 years now, Lange Veterinary Practice has been our trusted veterinary practice for our cats and also for our wonderful dog Pablo (who sadly has passed away). I've always been satisfied; the staff is friendly, the owners are always there to help and advise. We'll gladly go back again and again.
We've been coming here with our animals for years and have always been satisfied, until now. Our dog has a rather serious injury, but we're not willing to treat him because we don't have the money right now. We've now gone to another vet, who also said that refusing treatment for an animal in pain and with an open wound is animal cruelty. Therefore, only 1 star.
