I would give twice as many stars. Getting an appointment at short notice was no problem. Very pleasant reception. Clean, uncrowded practice. Extremely friendly team. My dog was treated wonderfully and wasn't scared at all. Technical details were explained to me calmly and thoroughly. I would seek the vet's expert opinion again anytime. Rusty thanks you.
My little one was in a lot of pain, and her legs kept buckling. Unfortunately, my usual vet and other veterinary practices in our area were closed. So, I drove my dog to this practice in Saarlouis. When we got to the reception desk, I explained my emergency. They told me there were no appointments available, even though there wasn't a single animal or person in the place. Instead, they offered me an appointment five days later. By then, my dog would have been in agony. Thankfully, I eventually found another practice that was able to help my dog. That's why I'm only giving one star, even though I'd rather give none.
Amazing vet, who takes time to thoroughly examine your little loved one! We are super satisfied how our doggy is treated every time we visit the praxis!
I had my cat vaccinated at this veterinary practice in January. Unfortunately, I was not informed beforehand about possible side effects of the vaccination, neither verbally nor in writing. Two days after the vaccination, my cat suffered a severe neurological reaction. She was paralyzed in both her front and hind paws. This resulted in an acute emergency and expensive inpatient treatment at a veterinary hospital. What particularly disappointed me was that the practice did not contact me after the incident, showed no interest in my pet's condition, and took no responsibility. When I inquired, I was brushed off with the statement that it was "not their problem." For me, this is unacceptable. I would have expected responsible communication, more empathy, and at least a minimum of follow-up care, especially given such a serious outcome. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
We feel we are in good hands. Doctor - very satisfied in all areas, very kind. Staff well-trained.
