Central location, easy to get to the clinic. Very good organisation with separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Our vet is also very experienced and has easily found approach to our cat.
Easy to make an appointment. Most of the staff speak great English so expats like me feel welcome and heard. Thanks for taking care of my cat and for making sure that we are always comfortable. Prices are a little on the higher side, given that we are in Düsseldorf so that is expected. It’s important to note that the do not accept credit cards (Mastercard/Visa/and the like) so you better bring your EC debit card or cash. I feel happy that I can access this nearby clinic whenever the need arises. Facilities are complete and the clinic itself is clean.
My cats had an issue. August 30, 2023 at 3pm, I tried to make an appointment with this practice. They did not have any sooner one. However, they took the time - 25 min - to help over the phone and advised what to do. Thank you so much to the team. Ps My cats are not patients of this clinic. I was calling around to make an appointment.
Great professionals, I could get a new appointment in one week, and sort the medicines my dog needed. They are very organized and fair in prices. They also speak English!
