My dog had her teeth cleaned and one pulled - amazing service! Excellent to be able to communicate in both German and English also! Much appreciated!

Very good veterinary clinic, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are refugees from Ukraine. My dog was given medical care and issued a passport for free, for which we are very grateful! Prosperity and success! Thanks to the team!

You can park your car in front of the clinic (it is located inside the building). All staff and veterinarians are very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English from the first moment if you want. If I had known about this place before, I would have loved to bring my dog from his early years. There is a beautiful park next to the clinic, you can walk your dog there as a reward after the doctor's examination.

My 1 star is not about their expertise but about their behaviour. My cat got EPILEPSY, which means she seizures when she goes asleep. I have all the German medical documents. But even with German medical documents they refused to sell the tablets. They said ai have to pay 70€ that the Dr check up the cat first and then they will sell me the tablets. I said what do you mean by check up? They said like normal check up, I said then you can conclude that my cat got EPILEPSY or not by a normal check up?? Because I have all the documents that she got blood test and brain CT Scan and other examinations on her brain that we could conclude the EPILEPSY, Or you want to charge me the 70€ for something WE ALL KNOW? They said no, it’s not about money, it’s about german rules. I wanna mentioned, German rules are written very carefully, YOU CANNOT MAKE A NORMAL CHECK UP and then give me tablets for EPILEPSY. So simply it was for 70€. If you want to follow the rules you can simply trust the german proscriptions from other german doctors and simply sell the tablets. But they refused. My cat had a seizure today and she fall. I do not know all about German rules but I definitely know about KARMA. KARMA is not kind when it comes to animals. Let’s see
