Friendly and efficient service

Thanks to Dr. Canale and Mr. Jansen, Percy has such great teeth again. They are both so empathetic and loving. You can really tell they care about the animal. 🙌🏼❤️🙌🏼

After my dog was given anesthesia by the vet, a second injection was administered to reverse its effects. Shortly after, my dog had a seizure, which was very frightening and distressing. I was worried that my dog might die. I understand that this reversal injection may not always be necessary and may carry risks depending on the individual animal. However, I would have appreciated being informed about this in advance and being asked for consent before it was given. The staff are always very kind and friendly, but I felt that communication with the vet in this situation could have been clearer. I hope that clearer communication with pet owners can help prevent situations like this in the future.
