I have been a client of the clinic for the past two years. There a few aspects I considered before putting an official review. First and foremost - until now my dog has been treated by people I feel are experts in their field. The doctors in this clinic have always committed considerable amount of time to me and my dog by explaining in details and in simple language what the issue in place is, how to react and proceed and they always made themselves open for questions and further support. Next, as a foreigner I deeply appreciate a clinic that is diverse and treats everyone with respect regardless of their background or level of education. Ethical behavior is one of the values of this clinic and I really respect that. Lastly, I would say that there are lots of good veterinarian clinics out there but in this one you have doctors that are also human beings who understand your pain, fear and worries and are ready to offer empathy and support on the spot, the qualities that they couldn't learn from the books 😉. Specifically, my dog's doctor is Maša Nurkić and she has been a doctor, a therapist and and the most kind human being to my dog and me, making me always feel that my dog is in safe hands. Let's not forget, our pets will leave us one day but we will never forget the people who tried to help them with care and love. I know doctors are not miracle makers but in this clinic they come very close. 🙏🏻 I highly recommend the clinic to everyone having a pet.

My cat, Jumi was neutered last week. It was a great operation which was realized by our wonderful Vet, Maśa. I am thankful for the smooth process and kind help of her as well as the assistants so far 💜

My dog Archie and I are very new to Deutschland and this practice is the best experience we have ever had. Archie feels so comfortable here. They are always very welcoming, smiling and loving to both humans and animals. Dr. Tillenburg is very good with her diagnosis and empathetic towards the situation. Claire, Jessica, Laura, Sarah - all excellent care givers and vet assistants. Archie had to be taken there for infusion treatment almost everyday and they made sure he ate, even hand-fed him if he didn’t eat on his own. They gave him lots of treats and love along with Treatment. Overall I am highly satisfied with the service they provide. Would definitely recommend if you have need for a good reliable vet practice.

Amazing clinic and pet groomer! I was here for consulation and first check up and they are extremely friendly and profesional. You could see they put their heart into their work. I couldn't recommend it enough! Today I was there again for nail cliping and trimming and they took so much time to really made everything perfect while being friendly and so nice! They also speak English for all of us who are strugling with German😁 prices are more than reasonable.🤍

My dog has the most stress free visits since we changed our old vet practice to this one. Our vet Dr. Masa is so kind and always gives my anxious dog enough time to relax before testing her. They hug and kiss and then move on to check-up. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful and positive vet practice. I feel I am heard, and that everyone in the practice tries their very best to ensure my dog gets the best care and I have all the information to make decisions for the best health of my dog. I am truly grateful for finding this practice.
