I recently switched to Dr. [Name]'s practice. I was very satisfied. Great team, and despite having many patients, she's a relaxed doctor who takes her time and provides thorough advice. On Saturday, I met the young locum doctor. She would be a perfect fit for the practice. Very empathetic, informative, calm, and friendly—all these qualities could be further emphasized. Thank you for the treatment!

I took my miniature poodle to the vet on Monday. Ms. Hildering said my poodle shouldn't be picked up. Unfortunately, she's very timid and only gets picked up when she's scared. Ms. Hildering didn't like that. She said the little one has patellar luxation problems and her hind legs are already stiff from being picked up. I went to the veterinary clinic today, where they performed a thorough examination and took X-rays. Both tests showed no abnormalities. I was also advised that I should definitely pick her up if she shows fear, otherwise her anxiety would worsen. I found Ms. Hildering's entire examination very superficial, and she was presumptuous and unfriendly.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star to be able to leave a review. I'm still at a loss for words to summarize this. On Easter Monday, I took my cat to the veterinary clinic because of a fever. He was given antibiotics, a fever reducer, and painkillers. I was supposed to see my regular vet the next day (Tuesday). When I called to make an appointment, they told me that my cat was already on antibiotics and that I should come in at the end of the week. On Wednesday, he was eating again and walking around the apartment. I went to the vet on Thursday because he had completely withdrawn. After examining my cat, Dr. Hildering thought there was fluid in his abdomen. An X-ray was supposed to be taken, but unfortunately, it malfunctioned at that moment. After I insisted on an ultrasound, Dr. Hildering told me that nothing would be visible on one anyway, and if it were a tumor, it would still be visible on the X-ray next week. After I told you that my cat is my family and not a piece of cardboard, I received no response. I also pointed out that I hadn't noticed him defecating. Blood was drawn, and it wasn't exactly a small amount. There were abrasions on his leg. I was told to call back the next day. I did. I called in the morning, but didn't receive a call back until the afternoon. At that point, the cat was still eating, but he was becoming increasingly withdrawn and just lay around. Around 4:30 pm, I called the clinic again and told a veterinary assistant about my concerns. I was told that Dr. Hildering was still at the animal shelter. Odd, since office hours start at 4 pm...hmm...I then asked him about the blood test results. He was able to explain them to me roughly and said he would consult with the vet. I stayed on the line. Two or three minutes later, I was told I could come in; the cat would receive a vitamin injection (cortisone +?). Regarding the blood tests, I was told that he had too few red blood cells, but that they would regenerate, and that there was an elevated inflammation marker. All in all, they said it didn't look too bad. Unfortunately, the exact opposite was true. By Saturday, he was completely out of commission. We went to the veterinary clinic. My cat had anemia that had worsened. He was x-rayed and examined with an ultrasound. The x-ray showed a large white area, so they also performed an ultrasound. It's strange that the vet at the clinic was able to see something on the ultrasound that wasn't possible at the Hildering practice! There was a huge tumor in his intestine that was preventing him from defecating. His pancreas and heart were also affected. The vet informed us that there was only a 5% chance of survival. We had to let our beloved cat cross the Rainbow Bridge. If an ultrasound had been performed on Thursday, our little cat wouldn't have had to suffer until Saturday. I will never go back to that veterinary practice.
