Even when we are on vacation, Dr. Atassi is available to us by phone for consultations. The practice team is also always friendly. We are very satisfied and feel well cared for there!

Truly one of the best vets we know. He takes his time, treats the animals and their owners with love and, above all, consideration. He has always treated our cats very well and has even been able to overturn diagnoses made by other vets. His diagnoses are explained very clearly. The staff, both at the front desk and in the treatment room, are very friendly, and appointments are easy to get. Most importantly, you don't have to wait forever even with an appointment, as is often the case with other vets. We will only take our cats here from now on.

It was a sad day for me and my pug, Prince. He had to be put down; he had reached a ripe old age. I was devastated. Dr. Atassi, with his calm manner, made it as comfortable as possible for me and my pug! I felt very well cared for there! The staff was also very pleasant.

The vet is straightforward and a man of his word. If you're looking for a story or want to be ripped off, he's definitely not the right vet. He's been caring for our dogs for over 20 years and has accompanied two of them on their final journey. Always honest, I've never felt pressured into anything. High-tech medicine is only used in emergencies. Honest and straightforward, just like you'd expect in the Ruhr area. We've had to visit other vets a few times due to unforeseen circumstances (vacation, weekends). Each time, our opinion has been reinforced that we have the best vet for us. We hope he continues practicing for a long time!
