I've known this practice for years and have consistently witnessed the care, calm, and professionalism with which they work. The veterinarians take their time, explain things clearly, and treat both animals and their owners with great respect. The practice operates according to GVP Gold Standards, and it shows! My impression has always been excellent: My pet is in the best possible hands here. I can trust the team; they tell me what treatments are appropriate and which are not.
A practice that has impressed with its professionalism for years. Their hygiene and quality assurance have now been recognized with the GVP certification from the BPT (German Federal Association of Practicing Veterinarians). Wow, congratulations! Both animals and their owners can't help but feel well cared for here. We receive excellent treatment, and our 17-year-old cat speaks for itself.
