Reviews
We feel very well cared for at Dr. Wüst's practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, animal-loving, and wonderful with children. A little over a year ago, we sadly had to have our dog put down. Dr. Wüst and his team supported us with incredible empathy and made it as comfortable as possible for our dog. Afterward, we received a card, and the words in it were very comforting. Even though it was closing time, no one on the team was watching the clock, and Dr. Wüst gave us all the time we needed. Our daughter was also lovingly supported during this difficult time. Thank you so much again! Now we've been given a puppy who had to have surgery at just six months old. Dr. Wüst and his team took such wonderful care of Cooper that he happily ran into the practice for his follow-up appointment. I was very impressed that Dr. Wüst personally took Cooper and his dog for walks. It reaffirms how important the animals and people are to the team. Cooper recovered quickly, and Dr. Wüst really knows what he's doing. I'm glad we chose this practice and didn't have the surgery done at the hospital. The prices are charged at the standard rate, which isn't higher than at other practices, but the work is of a very high standard. Unfortunately, our health insurance didn't cover the costs (so I can't recommend Lassie, as we pay the highest rate with our insurance), but everyone was very understanding and patient with us. Dr. Jacobs is also a wonderful doctor with a big heart for animals and children. She's very empathetic with our autistic child; some pediatricians could learn a thing or two from her. Stuffed animals are also examined and cared for at every appointment. Thank you so much for everything; everyone at this practice has definitely chosen the right profession!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wüst and his team to every pet owner! We felt very comfortable, and my old boy received such excellent care, even though he already has several pre-existing conditions. He had to have 17 teeth extracted! Everything went perfectly, thanks to Dr. Wüst and his team! We can't even express in words how grateful we are for such dedication to our animal! Thanks again to you all for making my boy feel better now! Best regards, Valentino and his owner!
We are absolutely delighted with Dr. Wüst's practice. The way they treat both animals and people is so friendly and warm 🥰. Our two cats are receiving excellent care and attention here. Our cat Balou just had all his teeth removed due to FORL. Everything went perfectly. Our cat is thriving again because he's finally free of the pain, which wasn't even obvious to us at first. Of course, we were initially skeptical (a completely toothless cat?), but Dr. Wüst clearly explained the pain that affected animals have to endure – thank you 💗💗💗
We've been taking our animals (dog and four cats) to Dr. Wüst for many years. Two weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our dog Sammy (14 years old) with heavy hearts. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Jacobs for how compassionately she helped Sammy cross the Rainbow Bridge. What really touched me was that a few days later we received a card from the practice team with such kind words. (It helped us a lot to cope with the loss.) Thank you so much!
A big thank you to the practice! The team here is both caring and highly competent. You feel very well cared for and receive the help you need. I first brought my dog to the practice as an emergency case and will definitely continue to use them for all future treatments. Dr. Wüst is a very personable veterinarian who diagnoses and treats carefully. I highly recommend them!
