A fantastic team, a veterinarian I've trusted completely for 14 years. I can highly recommend her; she was always there for us, whether it was the weekend, early morning, or regular hours.
Super nice employee and veterinarian
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. My cat needed teeth extracted, and this procedure was billed. However, what was neither documented nor communicated was that tooth root fragments remained. I was not given a surgical report, and I was never informed about the remaining root fragments. In my opinion, this should have been documented and communicated to the pet owner. After the dental treatment, my cat's symptoms persisted. Instead of investigating the cause in the previous treatment, I was told that my cat suffered from a chronic condition requiring ongoing medication. Only when I consulted another veterinarian, who recommended removing the remaining teeth, were the remaining root fragments and the incompletely extracted teeth discovered during the necessary X-ray examination. These then had to be removed. Since this treatment, my cat has been symptom-free. I find it incomprehensible that a complete tooth extraction was billed when root fragments remained and further treatment was necessary. It was equally disappointing that, in my opinion, this medical error was not acknowledged. The way my justified criticism was handled was also particularly disappointing. In my experience, there was neither understanding nor a willingness to clarify the situation. The matter ultimately had to be resolved through a lawyer. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this practice. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars.
A fantastic veterinarian who caters to each animal individually and offers appointments at short notice when needed. We feel very well cared for, and Ms. Hochschulz has always been able to help us quickly! 😊
