Dr. Hoffmann and her colleagues are all very friendly and take their time. Unfortunately, I hadn't paid any attention to my dog's teeth and, much to my shame, took him to the vet far too late. We were able to get an appointment for dental surgery just three days later, and I was treated incredibly kindly, without any accusations or judgment. I am very grateful to Dr. Hoffmann and the entire practice team for their excellent work.

She is friendly, always cheerful, very empathetic with animals, and impresses with her professional and honest advice and treatment. With many veterinarians, I've had the feeling that, in addition to the health of the animal being presented, their own bank balance plays a significant role, especially regarding recommended treatments. I don't get that feeling at all with Ms. Hoffmann. She doesn't recommend a treatment unless it is absolutely necessary and beneficial for the animal's health and recovery. The services she offers in her practice are perfectly adequate for the average pet owner. In addition, in cooperation with a local veterinarian, she also offers the mandatory pet owner's certificate. This is extremely helpful, especially for those who might decide to get a puppy that requires this certification. Not to be forgotten in this praise is Ms. Hoffmann's exceptionally friendly receptionist. You immediately feel welcome and not like you're bothering anyone. You are always greeted and bid farewell with a friendly smile and receive excellent care at all times. We are absolutely delighted with Ms. Hoffmann and will always bring any future pets to her practice. Thank you so much for the wonderful care.
