We took our dog Riva to the veterinary practice today and were absolutely thrilled! 🥰 Riva comes from an animal shelter and is often very anxious in new situations. It was so wonderful to see how much patience and understanding she received. They took their time, nothing was forced, and yet we were still able to get everything done that we wanted. We already knew Ms. Pittini from another practice, and when we learned that she was opening her own, we knew immediately that we would switch our animals to her. After today's visit, we can say: it was absolutely the right decision. We felt completely at ease, both professionally and personally. You can see in every detail how much heart, love, and hard work goes into this practice. Plus, the location with good parking is a real bonus! 👌🏼 We will definitely be back with Riva and will also bring our cats here in the future. A heartfelt recommendation! ❤️

Saskia Pittini has been our trusted veterinarian for years, and her new practice is simply fantastic! She's created a beautiful, welcoming practice with meticulous attention to detail, which is both state-of-the-art and perfectly equipped, including ultrasound, surgery, and a laboratory – all cutting-edge. The premises are very spacious, and I especially appreciate that the practice is "cat-friendly." Dogs and cats have separate waiting areas, making it more relaxing for everyone (even for people who might be a little afraid of dogs). They've even ensured there's plenty of storage space in the cat waiting room so that carriers can be placed at a higher level for the animals' comfort. The dog waiting room, of course, has plenty of high-quality beds. They've thought of everything. In other practices, large, open waiting areas are often very noisy, but that's not the case here, making it much more relaxing not only for all the animals but also for me, as a very noise-sensitive owner. Due to an emergency, we recently had to wait a little longer, but we were immediately informed of the delay and offered a drink. That's not something you can take for granted; it's simply wonderful! Saskia Pittini has built a truly fantastic team that is incredibly caring, calm, empathetic, and always has a smile and a great sense of humor. Ms. Pittini herself embodies this spirit in her practice. You can feel her love for animals, how much she enjoys being a veterinarian, and how competent and experienced she is in every situation. And she takes her time – something that's often lacking in other practices. You're welcome to ask questions and feel truly welcome. I trust her completely, and I know that she would never, ever, perform unnecessary treatments or stressful surgeries at the animals' expense. She only ever does what is necessary and appropriate, and she always communicates this transparently, explaining and justifying her decisions very well. Furthermore, she has an excellent network for any necessary further diagnostics and refers patients to specialists and colleagues if needed. And most importantly: not only am I completely satisfied, but my animals are too. So much so that one of my cats would actually prefer to stay there all the time. She doesn't usually let anyone pick her up—but Ms. Pittini does. Touching her belly is usually out of the question—only Ms. Pittini is allowed to do that, and she didn't even notice the injection. I think that says it all. 😁
