Great practice. We always come with our cat, Mailo. The doctor is always friendly and very competent.

A friendly veterinarian who lovingly cares for her patients and always listens to their owners. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The practice is wheelchair accessible and has parking spaces in the courtyard, where the entrance is located. Every employee is ready to help if any problems arise. Ms. Klusek is multilingual (German, English, Polish, and even sign language). Only the restroom is not accessible for people with walking difficulties. However, since the wait times are never very long, this is not too much of a problem. 100% recommended.

We are so glad we found this practice. Our Chihuahua, Rocky, has already been helped twice with difficult diagnoses. Dr. Klusek doesn't give up and always finds the answer. The practice is superbly equipped, and the entire team is very empathetic and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

We regret not having found this practice sooner. The premises are comfortably furnished and a welcome change from the often sterile atmosphere of veterinary clinics. We also immediately noticed the cleanliness! The veterinarian is very warm and empathetic. From the very first minute, she was patient and calm with our anxious dog – exactly what we needed for stressed pets. She took plenty of time for the examination and explained everything thoroughly. In general, the veterinarian seems very conscientious and competent. This is evident from the numerous diplomas displayed in the waiting room, which stretch across two walls instead of fitting on one. Despite it being a holiday and the weekend, we were able to get an appointment right away. Even with the emergency fee, the final bill was quite reasonable, and we were very surprised by the comparatively low price. You can tell that the veterinarian practices her profession out of passion, not for the money. All in all, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend Dr. I highly recommend Klusek and her warm, conscientious, and friendly manner!
