I needed to find a new vet for our dog at short notice, and since I was in a hurry, I came across this practice through their online appointment system. Luckily, there was an appointment available soon after we arrived that same day, and the easy access and nearby parking were important to me. Even though there were a few animals ahead of us, we were only seen after a few minutes' delay; the practice seemed incredibly well-organized. Both of the vets we saw during the week for stomach problems (after two days of medication, she had a relapse, so a different vet was on duty, but it improved significantly with an acid blocker), as well as the receptionists, were very approachable and friendly. For the diagnosis, they not only examined our dog but also asked very detailed questions about her daily routine, eating habits, and her last heat cycle, which ultimately led to the correct diagnosis and treatment, without causing her much stress or unnecessary procedures. I'm so relieved to have found this practice. It gives you a good feeling to know that you're being taken seriously and listened to. I find the prices for medication and the time they spent with us reasonable, especially since they were so easy to reach and were able to help us so quickly.

This practice is truly the best; I've been to quite a few in my life. They were always there immediately and always found a solution to the problem whenever I needed them. They always knew how to handle my dog, because she was always terrified at the vet. I have 100% trust in them, which isn't something you can say everywhere, and they cared for my Scally with love and dignity until the very end. The physiotherapy there was also fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. I would never go anywhere else.

I take my two dogs, Feli and Lotte, to this veterinary practice and I'm absolutely thrilled. Even in emergencies, they treat you immediately, even outside of regular opening hours. The entire team is very friendly, polite, and competent, and they provide clear and empathetic advice. My animals are in the best hands there. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

The best veterinary practice I've ever experienced. They truly prioritize the animals' well-being, not how much money can be made from them. They helped us tremendously, and my Enie was even pampered by the team. They are so empathetic and gentle that Enie experienced absolutely no stress during the treatment. The practice is modern, very clean, and the entire team is incredibly competent and amazingly kind. The practice is also available on weekends in emergencies, which I really appreciate.
