Thank you for the time spent providing osteopathic treatment for our Giant Schnauzer. The result of the treatment is extremely positive. He's walking soundly again and feels years younger. I wouldn't have thought that so much could be achieved with such a gentle treatment. The long drive was well worth it. We'll gladly come back. We wish the practice team a wonderful summer vacation.

Today, on the advice of a physiotherapist, I visited Dr. Thelen's practice for the first time. I took advantage of her osteopathic knowledge and skills for my dog. If it were possible, I would give her 100 stars. So, five. I am thrilled with her, her expertise, and the assistant who is also a dog trainer and was there to help. I can highly recommend her. This review, strangely enough, was only posted yesterday. But it was three years ago. Today I was back at Dr. Thelen's with my Mastiff mix. Dr. Thelen helped my dog ​​a lot, and she is feeling well again today. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars.

It's a real shame. After years of good experiences with this practice, they refused to treat my dog ​​because he's so difficult to handle. He's a fearful dog and needs a bite guard, but that wasn't exactly news. A seasoned vet who simply doesn't want to treat an animal. And no, my dog ​​wasn't a fighting dog. But thankfully, there are other practices in Rheinbach, especially a very good one right in the city center.

I visited the Thelen veterinary practice for the first time on July 1st, 2026. The team is incredibly friendly! Dr. Thelen is very competent and immediately inspires confidence, not only in me but also in my dog. She was able to help my dog ​​wonderfully, and I'm already looking forward to the follow-up appointment. I highly recommend this practice! 5 stars

We had our first appointment at Dr. Thelen's practice today. My dog ​​suffers from arthritis, even though she's only three years old. After trying various things, I came across her practice while searching for further treatment options. We received a very friendly welcome, and my dog ​​was able to relax quite quickly under Dr. Thelen's obviously skilled hands. I even had the impression that she enjoyed the treatment. Not only did she take a lot of time for the examination, but she also explained Tamika's current condition in detail and in a way that I could understand, what exactly was causing her discomfort, what we needed to pay attention to, what we should avoid, etc. Dr. Thelen completely impressed us with everything and, what I particularly appreciated, gave us renewed confidence that we can significantly improve my dog's condition and thus give her a better quality of life. I'm certainly looking forward to the next steps and am now feeling a bit more optimistic.
