A friend recommended this practice to me, and I'd only heard good things about it before. I can confirm that 100%. Both of my large dogs had surgery there. Whether it was dental surgery, which was performed on a Friday evening due to its severity, or the spaying of our female dog, I'm absolutely thrilled with how Dr. Gross works with respect and competence, no matter the situation. I've had different experiences before and am so grateful that such a competent and compassionate veterinarian still exists. Not to mention his incredibly friendly assistants, who take care of everything. My two dogs and I feel very well looked after there. The price-performance ratio is truly reasonable and down-to-earth, which can't be said of many other practices. I hope it stays that way and can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you so much! 💐🤗

Finally, a veterinarian where we felt truly comfortable, very loving in their handling of our two cats and offering excellent advice! Superb pre- and post-operative care! The rest of the team is also incredibly nice.

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The veterinarians always take their time and answer all questions thoroughly. Vaccination reminders are just one of the services offered here. Here, animal welfare is still the priority, not profit.

I can only say very good things about the veterinary practice, the assistants, the veterinarian, and especially Dr. Groß himself. We had to take our cat to the animal hospital on a Sunday shortly before Christmas. There, they discovered that a tooth was infected and needed to be removed as soon as possible. I then called our regular vet, who gave me an appointment for surgery at the end of January, and so my search began. All the vets I called in Kaufbeuren and the surrounding area, as well as three animal hospitals, offered me appointments in January. Then I called Dr. Groß's veterinary practice, and I was able to come in that same day. They scheduled a surgery appointment for later that week. The surgery was complex, and I can't express how incredibly grateful I am to Dr. Groß and his team for performing the surgery before Christmas. They were also available on weekends and holidays. The follow-up examinations were very thorough; everything was explained, and we could always call or drop by. We will continue to use his services. In this practice, the animal is the focus, and this feeling is conveyed. We can only express our sincere thanks once again.
