A truly wonderful practice with a competent, honest, and warm-hearted veterinarian and a loving team. My cats and I always felt very well cared for and truly enjoyed coming to the practice. Even the final journey of my beloved cats was handled with dignity and compassion by Ms. Stoß and her team. I am very grateful for this and would therefore return to the practice without hesitation if I ever get a new pet. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent practice. The animals are treated with great care. We recently visited for the first time because our dog suddenly started limping. We got an appointment very quickly, and we have to say that both the highly competent treatment and the fair prices convinced us that we'll definitely be back. Not to mention that our dog was offered a job as a therapy dog. Next time, he'll be negotiating his treat fees himself 🙈

No experience with the vet - but with poor customer service and the "friendliness" on the phone. I wanted to make an appointment just to have my dog's blood taken. I was immediately given an appointment on the same day in 2 hours' time. When the lady then wanted to take my name again, she said "no, we're not taking new customers!" - when I asked if I could come for the blood test at the time they suggested, she said a very rude NO again. So what's the point of the suggested appointment? The appointment is free and at short notice. It's a shame to be treated and dismissed like that. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it - because service is part of the overall picture of a practice and not just good veterinary care. A shame.
