A truly wonderful practice with a competent, honest, and warm-hearted veterinarian and a loving team. My cats and I always felt very well cared for and truly enjoyed coming to the practice. Even the final journey of my beloved cats was handled with dignity and compassion by Ms. Stoß and her team. I am very grateful for this and would therefore return to the practice without hesitation if I ever get a new pet. Thank you so much for everything.
We've been taking our three cats to this practice for quite some time now and feel very well cared for. We particularly appreciate the friendly and calm manner of the entire team. Questions are answered clearly, they take their time, and we never feel rushed. Even with our cat's current health problems, we received expert advice and were able to develop a sensible treatment plan together. Various options were explained without pushing unnecessary tests or treatments. For us, this veterinary practice combines expertise, honesty, and a loving approach to both animals and their owners. Many thanks to the entire team!
No experience with the veterinarian herself, but I do have experience with the poor customer service and the "friendliness" on the phone. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment for my dog's blood test. I was immediately offered an appointment for just two hours later that same day. When the woman then wanted to take down my name again, she said, "No, we don't accept new clients!" When I asked if I could still come for the blood test at the suggested time, she very rudely replied, "No." What was the point of suggesting an appointment then? The slot was available and, moreover, it was short notice. It's a shame to be treated and dismissed like that. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice – because service is part of the overall impression of a veterinary practice, not just good veterinary care. A pity.
Excellent practice. The animals are treated with great care. We recently visited for the first time because our dog suddenly started limping. We got an appointment very quickly, and we have to say that both the highly competent treatment and the fair prices convinced us that we'll definitely be back. Not to mention that our dog was offered a job as a therapy dog. Next time, he'll be negotiating his treat fees himself 🙈
