I've been taking my dog Caspar and our guinea pigs to Dr. Hilscher for over 10 years and I'm absolutely satisfied. The calm demeanor of the vet and her staff has a positive effect on Caspar. When he was still terrified of the vet, he was even examined in the meadow (at the old location) and was thus able to gradually regain his trust in veterinarians in general. Even with a really complicated infection, we were referred to a specialist who was able to help Caspar, and I also think the regular reminders for vaccination appointments are fantastic 👌🏻.
