I took my cat to the vet for 14 years. Sadly, he had to be euthanized in August. The way it was done was awful. They were very rough with him, and I'm still suffering from it today. The card reader—where I paid for everything—was shoved right in my face two minutes later, still in the treatment room. 😰
A very calm and friendly vet. You can tell that animal welfare is important to her. We visited with our newly adopted cat and received excellent advice.
We've taken our guinea pigs to Ms. Neunz twice now and are very satisfied. Scheduling appointments is straightforward, there's no long wait, and she quickly focuses on the essentials. Perfect for us, and we'll be back.
Simply a fantastic vet! My cat Fritz recently had an abscess, and we were able to get through spontaneously after a call, just before the end of office hours, even though we weren't patients there and no other vet was answering the phone. We received friendly, competent, individualized, uncomplicated, and calm treatment, and the little guy was helped quickly. On top of that, they gave us great antibiotics, which cats even eat willingly because they apparently taste great, which is unfortunately not the norm in most practices yet and saves both you and the sick animal a lot of stress. I had already been to the practice three years ago with a friend and her cat and had a similarly positive experience. Thank you so much for your help!
I had to take my 13-year-old Labrador there after he had a stroke. To be honest, I'm totally disappointed. Firstly, there was no stretcher for transport. Then she kept asking me whether I, having decided to put my fat dog down, didn't want to bury him in the garden or whether I wanted him picked up. She had no place to store him because he was too big and she was going on holiday to Austria the next day, which is today. So I would have to take him to the vet; they could keep him until I could pick him up. When I told her that I found it quite grim, driving across town with my dead dog, she said there was no other way. Then she needed three attempts to administer the anesthesia and three more to put him down. She said he wasn't feeling anything anymore. When I wanted to wrap him in his blanket, she said you could do that right away, please go to the checkout first. Absolutely incompetent, I didn't notice any compassion.
