Reviews
I had to take my 13-year-old Labrador there after he suffered a stroke. Honestly, I'm incredibly disappointed. First of all, there was no stretcher available for transport. Then, she kept asking me if I, having decided to have my big guy euthanized, didn't want to bury him in the garden or have him picked up. She said she had no way to keep him because he was too big and she was leaving for vacation in Austria the next day, which was today. So, I would have to take him to the veterinary clinic; they could keep him until I could pick him up. When I told her I found it very morbid to drive my dead dog across town, she said there was no other way. Then it took her three attempts to get him under anesthesia and three more to actually euthanize him, saying he wouldn't feel anything. When I tried to wrap him in his blanket, she said I could do that right away, but first I had to go to the checkout. She was completely incompetent and showed absolutely no compassion.
I took my cat to the vet for 14 years. Sadly, he had to be euthanized in August. The way it was done was awful. They were very rough with him, and I'm still suffering from it today. The card reader—where I paid for everything—was shoved right in my face two minutes later, still in the treatment room. 😰
Simply a fantastic veterinarian! My cat Fritz recently had an abscess, and we spontaneously called just before the end of her office hours, even though we weren't regular patients and no other vet was answering the phone. We were seen in a friendly, competent, and personalized manner, without any complications, and our little guy was treated calmly and efficiently. On top of that, she had those amazing antibiotics that cats even eat willingly because they apparently taste so good, which unfortunately isn't the norm in most practices. This saved both you and your sick pet a lot of stress. I was at the practice three years ago with a friend and her cat and had a similarly positive experience. Thank you so much for your help!
We've taken our guinea pigs to Ms. Neunz twice now and are very satisfied. Scheduling appointments is straightforward, there's no long wait, and she quickly focuses on the essentials. Perfect for us, and we'll be back.
A very calm and friendly veterinarian. You can tell that she truly cares about animal welfare. We took our newly adopted cat there and received excellent advice.
