She refused to help my 13-year-old Beagle, who was in acute danger! She literally said on the phone: "Go to Chemnitz, I can't keep helping because the others don't want to!" I had the call on speakerphone so my mother, who was with me, could hear everything! She didn't care, as long as she could go back to sleep! She killed my dog! Since February 28, 2026, I hate veterinarians/emergency veterinary services and people in general! A complaint for failure to render assistance has been filed, and the relevant veterinary association has been notified! I have also started an online petition to raise awareness! By law, veterinarians/emergency veterinary services are obligated to help and treat ONE ANIMAL IN DIFFICULTY!
