Thank you for the help you gave my little dog; you have his death on your conscience. You were on call and didn't help, even though it was an emergency, simply because she wasn't a large animal! Not a single vet helped that night, thank you so much for that!

On February 28, 2026, my Beagle died miserably after eight hours of pain and suffering because this so-called veterinarian was unreachable! Since February 28, 2026, I hate veterinarians, emergency veterinary services, and people in general! I have filed a complaint for failure to render assistance and reported the incident to the relevant veterinary association! I have also started an online petition to raise awareness! By law, veterinarians and emergency veterinary services are obligated to help and treat an animal in distress!

In this practice, love for animals isn't just a motto. It's a way of life lived out of love for animals. I have never experienced such loving, consistent, and dedicated commitment as in this practice. People there act with the utmost heart, for the well-being of the animals. Always transparent, helpful in every situation, offering advice and support. Loving, always caring, friendly, and helpful. They don't just process cases and call it a day, but rather observe, help, and offer helpful tips. They are not only highly competent professionally, but they also have incredible empathy for both animals and people. I have experienced this on several occasions, with my own horse and with other people's horses. So wonderful, so loving, so transparent. A thousand thanks for that 🙏🏻 I would love to learn from you as part of my animal therapy training, if I may, because I see that animal welfare is your top priority. You are simply wonderful.
