I'm speechless. We haven't experienced such a competent and helpful veterinarian in a long time. We owe her so much. We've often encountered vets who are only interested in making a profit, but she acts and gives her all with so much heart, even outside of her regular hours. She truly has a heart of gold. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am incredibly grateful to have found this veterinarian about four or five years ago. You can immediately tell how much heart, expertise, and genuine love for animals come together here. She always takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats both the animals and their owners calmly, sensitively, and respectfully. My animals have always been in excellent hands, and I have always felt taken seriously and well cared for. A practice where people and animals are equally important. Dogs, cats, turtles, guinea pigs—all well cared for. I would also like to give special praise to the assistant: always friendly, cheerful, and helpful—you feel welcome from the very first moment. A veterinarian you can entrust your animals to with complete confidence—a clear recommendation!

We took our cat to this veterinary clinic at the end of last year because he hadn't had regular bowel movements for weeks. The vet seemed rather annoyed and unenthusiastic from the start. While palpating his abdomen, she said our cat was so overweight that she couldn't feel his intestines. She then gave him an enema and sent us home. Two weeks later, our cat nearly died due to fluid buildup in his abdomen. This fluid had accumulated over months and should definitely have been detected during the examination. Even if it hadn't been detected then, his abnormal heartbeat would have been noticeable when listening to his heart. So, he wasn't "too fat"; it was fluid buildup resulting from a heart condition that was pressing on his intestines. Our cat's near-suffocation could definitely have been prevented with a thorough examination and the application of the necessary expertise.

A very friendly and competent veterinarian – highly recommended! My parents have taken their little whirlwind cat, Charly (from Schneeberg), here several times now, and every single time they've been absolutely delighted. The advice is always excellent, everything is explained clearly, and you simply feel taken seriously and in the best possible hands. Ms. Tierfelder is incredibly friendly, patient, and empathetic – both with the animals and their owners. Even little whirlwind Charly receives loving and professional care. 😊 The pricing is also completely fair and transparent, which, unfortunately, isn't always the case these days. Everything is just right here: competence, friendliness, atmosphere, and value for money. My parents always come back from their appointments with a very, very, very positive impression – and they're always happy to go back (even though they naturally hope that their cat will need a vet visit as infrequently as possible 😉). A clear recommendation – absolutely perfect!
