Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the veterinary team who came to our rescue in the evening – for our Livia and for us too. From the friendly and dedicated phone call to the x-rays, diagnosis, treatment, and medication... everything was impeccable. It's so reassuring to have someone to contact, even late at night, to help people with their beloved pets while others are relaxing in front of the TV, and to reassure them by saying, "Please come (time)..." We are completely satisfied with the physiotherapy treatment, including the underwater treadmill training, provided by Vicky. The care we received after our dog's herniated disc, resulting in complete paralysis of his hind legs and subsequent surgery, was expertly competent, empathetic, and highly professional from the very beginning. Vicky impresses not only with her extensive expertise but, above all, with her calm, friendly, and highly empathetic manner in dealing with both animal and owner. She caters to each dog individually, takes ample time, and creates a relaxed atmosphere in which even sensitive or insecure animals quickly feel comfortable. All exercises, procedures, and therapy goals were explained clearly, in detail, and comprehensibly – even for laypeople. Vicky also provided valuable tips for daily life and for supportive exercises at home, which significantly enhanced the success of the therapy. Thanks to her dedicated care, we have witnessed remarkable progress. Anyone looking for a competent, friendly, and empathetic physiotherapist for their pet will find themselves in excellent hands here.
