On February 28, 2026, my Beagle died miserably after eight hours of pain and suffering because this so-called veterinarian, who was supposed to be on call for emergency services, was unreachable! Since February 28, 2026, I hate veterinarians, emergency veterinary services, and people in general! I have filed a complaint for failure to render assistance and reported the incident to the relevant veterinary association! I have also started an online petition to raise awareness about this issue! By law, veterinarians and emergency veterinary services are obligated to help and treat an animal in distress!

Late in the evening, we arrived as an emergency with a sick cat. Ms. Wappler was already friendly and reassuring on the phone. We met a competent and empathetic veterinarian who explained everything thoroughly, offered advice, and was very gentle with our anxious cat, helping him along the way. Thank you so much!

A highly competent veterinarian and her team are incredibly empathetic and friendly. Everything is explained clearly, and the team takes the necessary time to do so. Many thanks, and keep up the great work! 😀

My daughter took a six-week-old kitten to this veterinary practice. We wanted to have him checked to see if he was healthy and if he could be introduced to our three adult cats. He was only given a cursory examination, and they told him he was healthy and could join the adults. A few days later, all the cats were sick. The little guy brought a virus into the house, which a vet should have been able to spot. That is, assuming they had even looked in his mouth. The huge blister on his tongue was impossible to miss. My cats have been sick for weeks now because he simply wasn't properly examined. So, no, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.
