These reviews don't lie! The practice team is incredibly friendly and competent. I called in the afternoon to ask if I could come in with my minor emergency; no sooner said than done. Everything was explained and demonstrated to me, and all my questions were answered. The practice itself is modern and very well laid out! There's a waiting area for dogs and a separate area for cats. Parking in front of the practice is also excellent.
The practice is beautiful and modern. The staff are friendly, passionate about their work, and truly dedicated. Years ago, everything was always stress-free with my cat, and even now with my hamster, they're very helpful. I'm so glad to have such a great practice here in town.
We visited the practice on December 20th, 2025, as part of the emergency service, because one of our two dogs decided that Christmas wouldn't be complete without devouring an entire package of gingerbread. We received a very warm welcome, and the dogs were treated expertly. Of course, the price for emergency treatment at night and on the weekend is always a bit high, but it's reasonable, and that's why we have pet insurance for both of them. Many thanks for the prompt assistance and the loving and kind treatment. We highly recommend this practice.
Making an appointment was quick and easy. We received a friendly and professional welcome at reception – remarkable, considering the phone was ringing off the hook. During the treatment itself, plenty of time was taken. Everything was explained in detail and discussed with us, so we felt well cared for at all times. A practice where the well-being of the patients – whether two-legged or four-legged – is truly evident. Highly recommended!
