A fantastic, highly recommended veterinary practice with a very friendly veterinarian. Even without an appointment, after calling ahead, the wait time was acceptable. We often travel to the area and now know a reliable practice for any emergencies – very reassuring. Thank you!

A truly fantastic practice team. We were on vacation and our dog thought she could eat jellyfish... But we didn't realize it. She was constantly vomiting and was choking and gagging the whole time. When I explained the situation over the phone, they immediately knew what was going on and said we could come over right away. There, we were greeted by a competent practice team, and our little darling was helped right away... Great practice and a very calm, experienced, and empathetic vet. Simply top-notch. 10 stars from us and Dawina

We were on holiday in Kappeln on the Schlei and unfortunately forgot an important medication for our dog. After a quick phone call with our vet, it was absolutely no problem to get the prescription medication from the local vet. A short, friendly conversation – everything was straightforward, helpful, and very accommodating. Many thanks for the quick assistance during our holiday!

The receptionists were very friendly, but the veterinarian struck me as rude and arrogant. Perhaps I was being overly sensitive, but accusations don't help pet owners. On top of that, she gave me incorrect advice that almost cost my cat his life. He ended up in the veterinary clinic with permanent motor damage. 😔 No, I haven't recommended this practice since and I won't be going back.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The veterinarian came across as extremely arrogant, bitchy, and condescending—both to us as clients and to her own staff. Her tone was unpleasantly patronizing, which is completely inappropriate in a situation involving a sick animal. The assistants, on the other hand, were truly wonderful: friendly, helpful, and empathetic. We felt genuinely sorry for them, given how they were treated. What we found completely unacceptable, however, was that the veterinarian's dogs were running freely around the practice. We brought our sick, already timid dog—this situation stressed him out even more. A veterinary practice should prioritize the safety and calm of all patients. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable to us. When we asked if she could please take her dogs back, we received a completely incomprehensible answer. She claimed her dogs were well-behaved and had excellent immune systems. Someone who should have experience with dogs acted as if they had never even considered canine behavior or communication. However, what we found completely unacceptable was that the veterinarian's dogs were running around freely in the practice. We felt neither taken seriously nor well cared for. A real shame, because the team definitely deserved better. Never again.
