Tiergesundheitszentrum Steinbergkirche

Two weeks ago, on a Sunday, we took a sick wild hedgehog from our garden to the emergency service. He was thoroughly examined and treated there. We nursed him back to health until today, and so we were able to release "Karl" back into the garden. The little guy is doing much better now, and we hope he stays healthy.

The veterinary practice in Steinberg Kirche has very friendly staff, and the clinic is bright and welcoming. They even have a dedicated cat room. While you wait, they hand out pagers, so you can take your dog for a walk outside. When it's your turn, the pager beeps and vibrates – a great feature that keeps you from sitting in the waiting room. The vet is very competent and friendly. The examination was quite thorough. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I can only say one thing: This is a fantastic practice! All the staff are friendly, very understanding, and competent. I was always afraid to take my dog ​​to the vet because she can be quite insecure in new situations, and I couldn't predict how she would react to the practice environment. But this practice immediately showed me that my worries were unfounded. I've now been there twice with my dog ​​Frieda for a claw injury, and I'm completely satisfied. Both vets gave us clear and thorough advice, took plenty of time despite having many other patients, treated my dog ​​(and her probably much more anxious mother 😅) with great care, and seemed very competent. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly and handle their charges wonderfully. A big thank you for your excellent work!
