We were there today with our "emergency" cat. They quickly told us on the phone that we could come in. The staff were incredibly warm, empathetic, and understanding of the animal. Despite it being an emergency service, the wait was short – highly recommended. Thanks to Mitzie for the quick help!

Ms. Borchardt put our little tiger down today. Tiger was already living in the house we've been renting since September 2023. She was our first cat—a wonderful experience. We'll miss her purring. We'll take a deep breath and settle into our new home. After that, we'll definitely head to the animal shelter...
Absolutely fantastic! The whole team is wonderful. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Borchardt, who treats the animals (and their owners 😉) with so much sensitivity, humor, love, and above all, realism. Nothing is sugarcoated, and at the same time, every effort is made to improve the animals' well-being. Here, humanity and kindness are still paramount.
