We've been taking our dogs there for treatment for 35 years and are very satisfied. And we don't go to any other vet :-)
In my opinion, only one person on the team is top-notch. The other two, who work with horses, are so unfriendly. One of them brushes you off even when it's a matter of life and death, and makes stupid remarks. And the other person makes a mistake that caused my horse to die and now has to be put down.
Absolutely fantastic! The whole team is wonderful. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Borchardt, who treats the animals (and their owners 😉) with so much sensitivity, humor, love, and above all, realism. Nothing is sugarcoated, and at the same time, every effort is made to improve the animals' well-being. Here, humanity and kindness are still paramount.
