Short-notice appointments for emergencies are arranged easily and courteously. The veterinary assistants at the reception desk are very friendly, and Mr. Johannsen is a very dedicated and excellent veterinarian whom we would gladly return to. We are very satisfied with the practice and will continue to have our animals treated here. The price-performance ratio is also perfectly reasonable; we are happy to pay for our animals' health :-)

Fantastic veterinary practice. Mr. Johannsen and Ms. Christiansen are absolutely competent veterinarians, very caring towards the animals, and empathetic with the owners. The veterinary assistants are great too! You don't get the feeling that the practice is trying to make a quick buck; they don't perform unnecessary examinations and, if in doubt, they'll talk to the owner again, even during surgery if necessary. ;) I've never experienced anything like it in 36 years of keeping animals. Our two cats are in excellent hands there, and we will, hopefully not too often ;) , but we will definitely go back to this practice (even though it's almost 30 km each way – it's worth it!!!).

Ms. Christiansen is simply the best! We've always been treated competently and warmly. She has cared for several dogs, including our cat, until their final stages. We hope we'll continue to have such wonderful care from her for a long time to come!

Our cat was found injured with a deep cut and a split upper lip, a tooth broken, probably due to violence... not everyone likes animals... Fortunately, help was provided quickly and consistently, and our little one was sedated until the next morning. You have to be patient; the doctors have their hands full, but the animal is still being helped. The cat was successfully patched up and cared for, a flea treatment was added, and everyone is happy again. The bill of around €530 is perfectly reasonable, and one is happy to pay it for an injured pet. Most people probably don't perceive human surgeries as costs because their health insurance covers them... (I'm just saying, rising premiums.) If people complain about the "high bills," then they should either not own an animal or simply consider the journey veterinarians have to take and the costs involved in maintaining this medical care alone. Nobody works for free, and employees must be paid. Animals are a luxury, not a basic right. Thanks again to the veterinary team for the quick and excellent care. âœŒïžđŸ‘đŸ€
