My cat Blackmausi and I were tricked into euthanasia. It was Saturday, January 10th, 2026. My cat wasn't doing well, and I'm still feeling bad four months later. The vet, a clever woman, diagnosed Blackmausi with a urinary tract obstruction just by laying her hands on him. She wanted to help my Blackmausi, but the price was €1000 or more, and it was closing time. I was put under immense pressure; she didn't want to, and couldn't, help my cat. She was shuffled from one examination room to the next. They wanted my cat to die quickly. I still regret saying euthanasia. She talked badly about my cat, saying he was finished, he was sick, I should just let him go. The whole time, the vet kept pressuring me, saying he had to die, she wanted to finish work. The cat was better than a human; at least he was nice to me. She refused to treat my cat further at her practice; it would be extra expensive for me, since I don't have much money. My mother, the vet, used to be better and cheaper. They wanted to take him to the animal hospital in Wasbeck, which was somehow... What a cheek! Wasting so much time instead of clearing the cat's bladder was the only thing that mattered. Four weeks before the euthanasia, the cat was examined for a bladder issue, but a misdiagnosis was made, and the advice given was inadequate. On January 10, 2026, kidney failure was diagnosed. Nothing had ever been mentioned about the kidneys or the crystals that had formed in them. When paying, the veterinary assistant was unfriendly and said she didn't understand me. She was usually so knowledgeable. I had been to the vet's office the day before, on January 9, 2026, and they said no, they couldn't help, they were about to close. What a rip-off! Euthanasia isn't even necessary; the vet isn't allowed to make that decision. The vet's advice is useless; they don't talk to you, questions are met with ignoring silence, and the only thing that matters during the consultation is that the bill is collected. There's no sympathy, no condolences, just silence. Never again will I go to this vet's office—it's a disaster. Nothing went to my satisfaction; everything went wrong. The vet didn't want to speak to me. The main thing is that I no longer have any animal lovers, just because they wouldn't help me and Blackmausi. Ms. Borngräber used to be pretty, now she's just wrinkled and says she doesn't understand. She said that once when I came to the vet's office. Hopefully, Ms. Gehendges will also be euthanized soon, and the vet's cat will die soon too, then she'll know what grief feels like. It's Sonja Gehendges' fault that she didn't properly diagnose the kidney problems and stones. In the Middle Ages, they also waited until the animal died because they had no knowledge of animals and dogs. Sonja Gehendges didn't have that knowledge either, and she realized too late what was wrong with my cat. A misdiagnosis four weeks earlier due to incompetence meant my kitten had to die. The assistant comes from the village of Süderfahrenstedt, where many toxic people live and speak ill of me, which is why her reaction was, "I don't understand."

We took our puppy to this veterinary practice a while ago. The first visit was okay. While the vet didn't seem particularly competent, she was at least friendly to us and our dog. Our puppy was allowed to sniff around and get used to everything, which we appreciated. However, the second appointment, two months later with the owner herself, was an absolute disaster. Our puppy was only four months old at the time. We had barely been in the examination room for a minute when two more assistants arrived, and they wanted to start the treatment immediately – without letting the dog settle in, greet him, or give him a chance to look around and build trust. They immediately told him he had to get on the examination table, and if he didn't do so right away, we could leave. This was completely incomprehensible for a young puppy and professionally questionable. Afterward, they even brought in another person, so in the end, it seemed four people were needed to treat a four-month-old puppy. His muzzle was applied extremely roughly and far too tightly, so we were genuinely afraid for him. Our dog was so panicked that he urinated several times out of fear. Instead of handling a young dog calmly, patiently, and humanely, we felt that pressure and stress were being used. We also got the impression that they were more interested in selling us expensive hypoallergenic special food than in properly addressing his nutritional needs or giving helpful advice on switching his food. This is definitely not a practice we will be visiting again.

My pet practically packs his bags voluntarily whenever we even get near the veterinary clinic! A fantastic team with truly wonderful veterinarians who do absolutely everything in their power (and probably more). I highly recommend them. Every animal is lucky to end up here. Oh, and by the way: SERVICE is their top priority, it's almost impossible to put it all on a sign. Simply outstanding!
