A very nice and competent veterinarian. She even took the time to answer my questions over the phone, even though I hadn't yet brought my pet there. She takes plenty of time to answer all my questions and explains everything clearly. The assistants are all very friendly, too. I had an appointment and was seen right on time. They don't perform unnecessary tests, and the treatment and medication prices are really reasonable; I was genuinely surprised. The practice has plenty of free parking right outside. It's easy to find. Inside, it's bright and spacious. The practice is well-equipped with diagnostic equipment like X-ray machines, etc., and it's quite new. Even with a power wheelchair, I can easily navigate the practice. The entrance is step-free with a large door, and the reception desk is also easily accessible by wheelchair. The only problem with the wheelchair is the waiting area, which is right next to the reception desk, and I couldn't have stood there without obstructing the staff or other customers. ... Three weeks ago, we had a terrible emergency with our Briard, Marouche. Despite it being closing time, we were able to come in immediately. It became a very dramatic situation at the practice because she was having severe seizures. For our dog's sake, unnecessary examinations were avoided. We received incredibly loving care, even though we had previously been seeing a different veterinarian. We were provided with sufficient medication. Unfortunately, we had to have Marouche euthanized the next morning, and this too was handled with great dignity. We are very grateful. Now we are getting a new dog, and this veterinary practice is our first choice. The bill was very reasonable; they didn't even charge for emergency services, even though it took two hours after closing time. Many thanks to the practice team!

We're on holiday in Schleswig. We needed a vet appointment at short notice. We got one right away at the practice. The team, including veterinarian Dr. Obst, was very friendly. Our miniature dachshund was warmly welcomed and given time to get used to the surroundings. Then his anal glands needed to be expressed. They were very professional and patient. Thank you so much! So far, I can only review Dr. Reimann, as she actively cared for our cat. We haven't had much experience with the other veterinarians yet. Dr. Reimann is a wonderful, competent, and empathetic veterinarian who approaches her work with great compassion and heart. I highly recommend her. If you prioritize your pet's well-being over cost, you know you're in good hands. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly and take good care of the furry patients.
