A heartfelt recommendation! We always receive a warm welcome, and Ms. Auer is so kind to the animals. Whether it was our cat for a dental cleaning, our Mimi who unfortunately had a tumor but was still able to enjoy a few pain-free days ❤️, or our two Chihuahuas, Carlo, who suffered a circulatory collapse and for whom we could immediately go to Ms. Auer, who was able to help us right away (he has a food and dust mite allergy and is currently being treated), and our Simba, whom I had previously taken to three other vets because he was so lethargic and nauseous, none of whom could tell me what was wrong, Ms. Auer found and treated the problem (gallstones), and since then everything has been fine again ❤️ For me, there is no better veterinary practice ❤️ I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do for us ❤️ 🐱🐱🐶🐶

We have several pets ourselves (cats and a dog) and also regularly foster cats from the animal shelter, and I've been happily taking them all to Karen and Geli for a long time now. They greet you warmly, treat the animals expertly, and there's no unnecessary fuss or pressure to spend money. Both we and our animals really like Karen and will continue to be loyal customers. She's also super easy to reach via WhatsApp, which makes scheduling appointments and everything else incredibly simple ♥️

We are absolutely thrilled with Dr. Auer. Our cat Cookie suddenly developed bladder problems, and we were very worried.
