Even one star is too many for this practice. My girlfriend and I had to give our cat away. The new owners went to see Mrs. Grütner. She diagnosed the cat as terminally ill, whereupon the new owners brought the cat back to us. We naturally wanted to know what diagnosis the cat had been given. Mrs. Grütner then sent my girlfriend a very strange report which simply consisted of an e-mail she had written herself. Unfortunately, that wasn't all. We also received a reminder from the practice for an invoice that we don't have at all. After asking the practice and the company that sent me the reminder, they both said that there was no invoice or anything else. However, because the whole thing didn't leave me alone, I contacted the company that sent us the reminder again. They contacted Mrs. Grütner again, and now all of a sudden there is supposedly an invoice, although both the practice and the dunning company, after further enquiries, assured me that there was nothing. rip-off!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
