We are so grateful to have found Dr. Grüter. She is a very experienced, pragmatic, and loving veterinarian. We highly recommend her; we have two cats, and she is incredibly kind to them. Today we had an emergency with our Paula, and Dr. Grüter knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much!

Even one star is too much for this practice. My girlfriend and I had to give up our cat. The new owners took her to Ms. Grütner, who diagnosed the cat as terminally ill. The new owners then brought the cat back to us. Naturally, we wanted to know the diagnosis. Ms. Grütner sent my girlfriend an extremely strange report consisting simply of a self-written email. Unfortunately, that wasn't all. We also received a payment reminder from the practice for an invoice we hadn't received. After inquiring at the practice and with the company that sent the reminder, both stated that no invoice or anything else existed. Since this bothered me, I contacted the company that sent the reminder again. They contacted Ms. Grütner again, and now suddenly, they claim there is an invoice, even though both the practice and the collection agency assured me, after repeated inquiries, that nothing existed. Pure extortion! 😡😡😡😡

Dr. Grüter is a very friendly and understanding veterinarian. Her practice is well-equipped. I feel my cats and I are in good hands with her. Thank you! ❤️
