A truly wonderful veterinarian. She acts as our in-house vet and covers all the essential services. She treats both people and animals with great empathy. She is always available during opening hours and was also reachable outside of them in emergencies. I look forward to every visit with my cats.

The vet has a very condescending manner, gets irritated easily, and doesn't really listen. She administered the injection to my dog ​​very roughly, and when he flinched, she immediately injected again in the same way. On a subsequent visit, I paid four times as much for the tablets my dog ​​needed than I had at other vets. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I got home, and now I can't even complain because they only accept cash and don't issue invoices. Overall, I find the whole process unprofessional and dubious. I will go elsewhere in the future.

My dog ​​and I recently received such loving and competent support there. The vet was always willing to listen to our fears and concerns, even outside of regular office hours. She cares for both animals and their owners with calmness and compassion. We've been coming to the practice for many years with our hamsters, cats, and dogs. We've always been in good hands with Dr. Wardenburg. Thank you for being there. 🥰

I took my dog ​​to the vet yesterday. I completely agree: her behavior was incredibly arrogant. She didn't even look at me and spoke exclusively to my girlfriend – even though the dog is registered in my name. She completely ignored me. We didn't get a chance to ask the questions that were important to me. Instead, she launched into a monologue and charged me 89 euros. Ear drops and two deworming treatments were included. When I asked if she perhaps had something against men, I only received a short, flimsy apology – before she immediately ignored me again. The icing on the cake was when she suggested another vet for nutritional advice because she herself could hardly perform any treatments due to a lack of the necessary equipment. Thanks a lot, I really didn't need to drive all that way for that. But my money was clearly no problem for her. It seems she treats long-term patients much better.
