I've been here with our family dog for nine years, and now my brother's two cats are here too. We feel very well looked after here, well advised, and, what's very important to us, nothing is pushed on us that isn't necessary. Keep it up!!!

The vet is very gentle with my cat; well, he's relatively easy to care for. She also answers questions in a way that's easy for a layperson to understand. At the end of the treatment, she even has some time for a nice personal chat. For me, she's the best vet ever.

For many years, Ms. Frank-Ibald has been a constant source of advice and, above all, practical help. Even in emergency situations, she treats our dogs with great professionalism. We are very satisfied with her work. Furthermore, the waiting times are usually short and the parking facilities are perfect.

My cat has heart failure. On a hunch, Ms. Frank-Ibald prescribed Cardalis for him. While that was the right thing to do, she didn't recommend a cardiac ultrasound beforehand (unlike three other vets), because apparently that would be expensive. Even worse: I had to pay an additional consultation fee every two times I picked up the tablets, something no other vet did. Even worse still: when I asked for a larger pack, Ms. Frank-Ibald said they didn't have one. Ironically, another practice was able to give me packs of 90 tablets instead of just 30. So, I ended up paying €200 for six months' worth of Cardalis at Ms. Frank-Ibald's, while I could get a whole year's supply elsewhere for €200. In short: a complete rip-off, and I'm never going back there. Besides, Ms. Frank-Ibald seemed distracted during the examinations. At times, I even suspected she'd been drinking.

The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. Ms. Frank-Ibald is very competent, a bit older in terms of treatment, but generally excellent. I would gladly return.
