The entire team is perfectly coordinated. Ms. Kiebel always makes time, and even in emergencies, she always finds an appointment. She handles our sensitive Maja with great care. She always explains things to us in a way that we truly understand. Maja's well-being is always her top priority in her treatment methods.

A truly wonderful veterinarian. The staff are also very kind. Everyone is incredibly empathetic and friendly. The animal and its owner are the priority, not just the money. Sadly, our dog passed away, but Ms. Kiebel did everything she could to save her. Thank you again for everything.

I took my cat to the emergency vet because of a toothache and he was given painkillers. After two weeks, I got a surgery appointment, which meant another four-week wait. All his teeth were supposed to come out during the surgery... she said that was no problem. She'd done it with her own cat, too. The day of the surgery arrived. We brought the cat in. At midday, I got a call: the cat was heavily under anesthesia, but still alive, the nurse said. Two hours later, everything was fine; they could pick up the cat that day. Two hours later, the cat was doing badly; I needed their permission to euthanize him if he didn't get better. He was having seizures and vomiting dark fluid. Twenty minutes later, another call... the cat was dead. Absolutely fantastic service. The painkillers had damaged his stomach. They're only supposed to be given for two weeks, and then only under supervision. And then the nerve to charge €1800 with an expert opinion, €1500 with an invoice, or €1000 without an invoice. Two teeth pulled and cat dead. 1000 euros gone. But it's not about the money. The operation was a success, the patient is dead, and I was shamelessly ripped off. Never again. I made a huge mistake; I trusted this vet... I gained some experience, but it doesn't help my beloved cat now. It's a shame I have to give even one star. This woman doesn't even deserve that. We should never have had to wait so long.

Excellent veterinarian, she takes her time for both the animal and the person. Above all, the animal's well-being is her priority, not the money she could earn.

If we could, we'd give even more stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were on vacation at Lake Müritz, and our dog broke off a piece of her molar while chewing coffee wood, exposing the nerve. We got an appointment at Dr. Kiebel's practice right away, even though there weren't any available. We were greeted there with the friendliness, competence, and understanding that we could only hope for! The unfortunately necessary surgery went perfectly, and our dog was already feeling much better the very next day! A thousand thanks to this amazing veterinarian and her wonderful team!
