A fantastic team and highly competent staff. My little dog was treated for a mast cell tumor, and I felt not only very well advised at the practice but also received excellent emotional support. I would especially like to commend Dr. Brugger, whose professional expertise, empathy, and advice made this difficult time much easier. But the entire team, from reception to the specialists, was simply amazing.

I won't be changing my vet again! The practice is competent and always friendly. I always receive good advice, and everything is explained clearly and in detail whenever I have questions. Yes, there are waiting times, but that doesn't bother me because I know my dogs are in good hands. Even in emergencies, I can rely on them to help us. 👍

Our 14-year-old dog (40 kg) suddenly collapsed shortly before 10:30 p.m. and was unable to walk. The on-call veterinarian in the Zollernalb district referred us directly to animal hospitals in Stuttgart or Ravensburg over the phone. Luckily, we found the Kettenacker veterinary practice, which offers 24-hour emergency service. After a brief phone call with Mr. Robin Kettenacker, we were able to come in immediately. After an hour's drive, we were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. Mr. Kettenacker made the diagnosis with unerring accuracy. We were particularly impressed that he didn't choose the seemingly "easy" option of euthanasia, but instead openly explained the possibilities of treatment. He honestly and transparently estimated the chances of recovery at 60–70%. Treatment began that same night, continued the next morning at 8:00 a.m., and was then followed by daily infusions – even on holidays and weekends. Today, seven weeks later, our dog is healthy and full of life again. It's almost unbelievable that the Kettenacker veterinary practice managed to bring our dog back to life. A heartfelt thank you for their tremendous expertise, tireless dedication, and compassion. This is by no means a given and deserves our utmost respect.
