Last June, I took my cat to this veterinary practice because she had lost a significant amount of weight despite eating normally. A blood test was performed, which the practice told me was normal. No further examinations were carried out, and I was told my cat was healthy. Nevertheless, this appointment incurred considerable costs without the actual cause being identified or investigated further. Just two months later, my cat's condition deteriorated drastically. At a veterinary hospital, it was finally determined that she was suffering from either a chronic bowel disease or a tumor in her small intestine, which explains the massive weight loss. When I asked why no further examinations had been ordered, or at least a referral to a clinic recommended, given this clear symptom, I received only the answer: "It was just bad luck." My cat is now being treated at a veterinary hospital. There, the situation is being taken much more seriously, thorough examinations are being conducted, and they are truly making an effort to provide treatment. In retrospect, I could have saved myself the appointment and the associated costs at this practice and gone directly to another veterinary practice or clinic where they not only bill the vet but also actively search for the cause of the problem. This experience unfortunately left a very disappointing impression.

We've been going to this practice for several years now. From day one, starting with the lovely people on the phone, and continuing with every veterinarian and veterinary assistant, we've had nothing but positive experiences. Our little mixed-breed dog has unfortunately had quite a few health issues in her life, but here everything has been handled professionally and with absolute love. Our German Shepherd is very scared of unfamiliar places, and here it's always been possible to do all examinations, vaccinations, etc., outside to spare her the stress – which is absolutely not something to take for granted ♥️ I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for your patience and for knowing that every single animal is dear to you. Straja and Darsi with family ♥️

Many thanks to the entire practice team. Our Rottweiler was seen immediately and received excellent treatment and care. They really took their time and gave our beloved pet a thorough check-up. They performed an X-ray right away. The follow-up treatment was also outstanding. They didn't just prescribe medication; they also started physiotherapy with the Physio-Key immediately. This seems to be doing our old girl a world of good and will hopefully allow her to enjoy a relatively pain-free retirement. She even seems to really enjoy going there and clearly relishes the treatment. We definitely give them 5 stars and our highest recommendation; we feel very well cared for. Thank you again so much.

We were accepted quickly and easily, as the previous veterinarian was retiring. Everyone was very friendly, our dog was treated very well, and the price was reasonable. A great new vet for me and my dog! Two thumbs up!!!
