A very, very friendly and loving veterinarian

A truly competent veterinarian! I called outside of opening hours, and he still answered. Afterwards, I was able to bring my French Bulldog in right away, and he immediately helped her paw. Thank you so much for everything, and warm greetings back from Switzerland! :)

When I called and explained that my old dog wasn't well and it was an emergency, I was immediately interrupted and asked if I wanted him euthanized. When I replied, perplexed, that I wanted him examined and treated, I was interrupted again and told to go to my usual veterinary clinic. The only problem is, that clinic is closed for vacation. Not recommended! Actually, it deserves less than one star! I can't comment on the vet himself or his service. The call was just a series of lines, like, "Let me take this from the receptionist."

Absolutely not recommended! I called to ask if his practice still had long-acting antibiotics available, as the veterinary clinic in Ravensburg (where my cat was examined and treated) no longer receives them and they're generally hard to find, and I was told to check around in the area. I tried to explain the situation to him twice, but he wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and just hung up. The second time, he even called me a stupid housewife (without even knowing me). So this is his way of helping animals!!
