Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Köhler was very disappointing. The veterinarian was biased from the start, immediately insisted on a muzzle without a calm approach, and was generally very insensitive with our young dog. Instead of a professional examination, we were repeatedly patronized and confronted with statements like "German Shepherds are fighting machines" or that our dog would "bite someday"—absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Our dog, only six months old, was clearly in pain around his eye. Especially in such a situation, it should be taken into account that an animal reacts with stress when in pain. At home, our dog allows himself to be handled and treated without any problems—so the behavior at the vet's office was clearly situation-dependent. It was quite clear that there were double standards at play: Had it been a small dog, the behavior would probably have been classified as a pain reaction. With a German Shepherd, however, the immediate reaction was one of prejudice. I would have expected a sensitive, professional explanation, especially with a stressed animal. Instead, the situation was unnecessarily exacerbated. I don't trust this practice – we're changing vets and will never go back. At our previous vet, where we always took our dog and cats, we never had any problems. A muzzle wasn't necessary, and our dog was always treated calmly, gently, and without prejudice. Unfortunately, that practice closed permanently, which is why we had to switch here. Our dog was always praised and treated very gently there.

Absolutely fantastic! We had an emergency last night, and someone was available immediately. The vet arrived as quickly as possible, always friendly, calm, and incredibly competent. You can tell that the horses' well-being is truly their top priority. We are completely satisfied and grateful for this excellent care – highly recommended!
