I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Frank very quickly. It was for a pre-purchase exam for a horse and a dental check-up. My first impression was very professional and, at the same time, very empathetic. Dr. Frank approaches the horse with great calm, speaks in a gentle voice, and thus ensures a relaxed relationship between horse and human. I am absolutely thrilled and happy to know my horse is in such good hands.
