Simply speechless. The incident happened at the beginning of this year. Our dog was bleeding heavily from his paw, and we immediately tried to contact an emergency animal service. It was 7 p.m., and a man answered the phone. "Yes, hello!" We explained the situation and asked for help, to which we received an annoyed response and the question of whether we knew what time it was. We were speechless, and after a while, he asked if we were coming or not. He also remarked that we should expect a 50% surcharge because it was the weekend... The term "animal emergency service" is hardly appropriate. I would NEVER entrust my dog ​​to these hands!

Absolutely horrific! We brought him our cat, who was clearly suffering from neurological problems. He put her under unnecessary anesthesia, pulled teeth, and gave her a vaccination. All unnecessary; our beloved cat was euthanized today at the Ravensburg clinic due to a tumor.
