Dr. Rubbert is a truly kind and fair veterinarian! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't understand the negative comments about her prices. Just take a look at Game of Thrones and see how little they mark up (if anything at all). Dr. Rubbert takes her time with every patient, listens, and discusses everything – even by phone during breaks or after hours! And she does this without charging extra, which is more than fair! One of my cats had a "minor misdiagnosis" (according to the veterinary clinic I went to afterward). Fortunately, no one was harmed, and the prognosis that my 5-year-old cat might only have 2 years left to live thankfully didn't come true. Nevertheless, I continue to entrust my cats to Dr. Rubbert. My male cat was recently neutered, and when there were any minor issues, she called me immediately to inform me. The wound has healed perfectly, and my cat is doing great. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable in the area. The practice is always clean, and most of the staff are very friendly, joking around, etc. It's also a plus that there's a separate entrance, which makes it easy to bring potentially "problem dogs" into the treatment room. X-ray equipment is available, and I believe blood tests can also be done on-site.

I am incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian by my side. You can immediately tell how much heart, expertise, and genuine love for animals come together here. My three dogs are always treated with calm, patience, and a great deal of empathy – and I, as their owner, always feel taken seriously and receive excellent advice. Questions are explained clearly, decisions are discussed transparently, and you always leave with a good feeling. A truly trustworthy person and a wholehearted recommendation! The veterinary assistants are also simply lovely and always try their best to accommodate appointments.

Unreliable. After I moved here, I called the practice because I was looking for a new vet for my two dogs. I was assured that I would be accepted, but that I should please call back after my vacation to schedule an appointment. So that the dogs could see the practice first and not be afraid. After my vacation, I called and explained exactly what had happened. Nobody knew anything about it, and I was simply told that they were no longer accepting new patients.

Absolutely fantastic!! We've had wirehaired dachshunds for a long time and therefore have quite a bit of experience with veterinarians. Dr. Rubbert is by far the best veterinarian we've ever met. Extremely competent, very, very friendly, empathetic, and fair. We're so happy that our dog was so well received there. He's currently recovering from his last treatment, but he already seems much, much better. Thank you again so much. We'd give 10 stars if we could.
