This is a fantastic practice with motivated and friendly staff. They are highly competent and take the time for thorough consultations and individualized treatments. They reserve walk-in appointments for emergency treatments and are always available for the animals. They even mentioned that you can call outside of regular office hours in case of emergencies! I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment costs; they were fair and below the average price I found on Google for the specific treatment. I feel safe and secure in my daily life knowing that wonderful people and excellent medical care will have my back in an emergency. Thank you for that! 😊 I was shocked by the negative reviews of the practice and the team, so I wanted to leave this post and share my entirely positive experience.

Centrally located in the village. Parking is right outside. Making an appointment was super easy by phone. A very friendly young lady answered the phone. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Ms. Koradin and her husband are truly very friendly and a great team. You can truly feel their enthusiasm and passion for their work. You feel comfortable and well-advised. Even my cat was relatively relaxed despite the eye drops and injection. Every move was perfect.

Fantastic team, incredibly empathetic, competent, and genuine. We went there with our dogs and rabbits. The difficult journey across the Alps with our dog was wonderfully supported with so much understanding and empathy. We are extremely satisfied! Highly recommended.

The veterinarian and her team are always accommodating and very competent. I take my second dog there, and my daughters also take their dogs there; we are very satisfied. You always receive good advice, and the costs are reasonable.
