We really enjoy taking our cat to the vet. The vet and the staff are absolutely competent, helpful, and incredibly friendly to both the patient and the owners. But they are very expensive.

We (two-legged and four-legged) love this practice. Two years ago, we stumbled upon Dr. Lohnert's practice by chance during a weekend emergency and have been going there ever since. She is incredibly empathetic, calm, professional, clear, thoughtful, friendly, conscientious… simply wonderful and personable. Overall, the explanations are always excellent and professional, and the staff is very caring. The entire team is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. They handle the animals superbly! They are always in good spirits, no matter how stressful it is or how many emergencies are waiting. Appointments are easy to get, and the practice is incredibly well-organized. Our pets enjoy going to the vet here, and we have received excellent help in many situations, even spontaneous ones. We feel truly well cared for and are grateful to have found such a wonderful practice and such a fantastic team.

Ms. Lohnert saved our Lucky's life. We were at the practice as an emergency patient at 5 p.m. Lucky was lethargic and showing signs of poisoning. He received competent and compassionate care. After two hours, Lucky was able to go home with us. THANK YOU
