We (two-legged friends) and our four-legged friends love the practice. Two years ago, we happened upon Ms. Lohnert during a weekend emergency and have been going to her practice ever since. She is very empathetic, calm, professional, clear, thoughtful, friendly, conscientious... simply super pleasant and personable. Overall, the information we receive is always superb and professional, and the treatment is very caring. The entire team is super warm, friendly, and helpful. The way they deal with the animals is simply fantastic! They are always in a good mood, no matter how stressful it is or how many emergencies are on our doorstep. Appointments are also quick to get, and the whole place seems super organized. Our four-legged friends love going to the vet here, and we have received excellent help in many situations, even spontaneous ones. We feel really well looked after and are grateful to have found such a practice and such a great team.

Ms. Lohnert saved our Lucky's life. We were at the practice as an emergency patient at 5 p.m. Lucky was lethargic and showing signs of poisoning. He received competent and compassionate care. After two hours, Lucky was able to go home with us. THANK YOU

We really enjoy taking our cat to the vet. The vet and the staff are absolutely competent, helpful, and incredibly friendly to both the patient and the owners. But they are very expensive.
