Very empathetic. Especially with our anxious dog, Suse. Before our first "real" appointment, we practiced vet visits a lot. Ms. Ludwig is very patient and incredibly relaxed with the dogs. 🙏🫶

She was a lovely person, but she seemed to be in the wrong profession. Our dog had a swollen belly and was drinking excessively, which led to frequent accidents in the house, something quite unusual for her. Ms. Ludwig examined her, but not thoroughly. We were told to stop giving her treats, but that didn't work. We then went to another vet who diagnosed an autoimmune disease, and if it had continued much longer, she wouldn't be with us now. This practice is irresponsible.
Highly competent and friendly, very kind to the animal and understanding towards the owner. Would gladly use their services again, highly recommended.
Ms. Ludwig has always been able to help our cat, whether it was an emergency, blood test, or surgery. To some critics, let me say we are all human.
