You always receive good and competent advice. Help is usually available the same day. I've been a customer for years and have never had a reason to switch.
First off: there's nothing to criticize about the service! For ambitious competitive riders and their horses, it's certainly a top choice. However, unfortunately, billing is done quarterly or semi-annually, which I personally don't like. I prefer monthly billing, especially if you're a frequent customer, as it adds up... And you usually can't predict exactly how much it will cost...
A complete disappointment. They billed me for things they didn't do. No communication. Never again! Not recommended.
Highly competent and friendly veterinarians and staff. Always fully committed. Sometimes even physically. We always receive prompt assistance, no matter the time of day. We are very satisfied.
