Our veterinarian provided excellent care after our dog's surgery. The practice team is also friendly and competent. They take their time and find solutions to any questions. There are no long waiting times, and help is offered quickly in urgent cases. We and our dog highly recommend this practice.

My best friend, a Bearded Collie, suddenly became very ill. Despite a full schedule, we were admitted immediately. It appeared to be a heart problem. So: an ultrasound. Ms. Kümpel found the heart right away on the first contact and displayed it on the screen. She clearly has her equipment under control! As a layperson, what was being seen was explained to me in an understandable way. And that meant life was in danger. The pericardium was full of fluid, and the heart muscle couldn't expand. The full program: an IV line, a blood sample, and a puncture. 90 minutes after entering the practice, my best friend was saved, but the veterinary practice's schedule was completely thrown into disarray. The next day, a follow-up examination and search for the cause. And yes, they found it. However, the prognosis was unfavorable. At every stage of the thorough examination, I was fully informed about what was happening and what was being seen on the screen. The sad prospects were conveyed to me sensitively yet clearly. Now I'm saying goodbye for the next few weeks and am grateful that my friend and I have this time. If your pets are having problems, you're in good hands at the Kümpel Veterinary Practice. They're extremely competent, communicative, and the veterinary assistant always has an encouraging smile, even under extreme stress. Full marks!

I took our dog Chip to the Kümpel veterinary practice because of an enlarged heart. They offer appointments without a long wait, and I was even able to schedule the second appointment at my usual veterinary practice, as the team was there. The examination went smoothly and well for both dog and owner. Afterwards, everything was explained to me, and I feel very well cared for with Chip. Best regards

The vet wasn't very friendly, let alone the vet tech. She was quite rude and unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like that with vets in my area. Very disappointing...
