Reviews
Always approaching her work with heart and great patience. The nicest veterinarian we've ever met!
Fantastic veterinarian! Competent, professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated. Ms. J. refers patients to other vets when she lacks the necessary equipment, so I don't understand some of the negative reviews. We've been going to her for years and are always satisfied. And above all, her prices are excellent! Thank you for everything!!!
Dear Ms. Josupeit! I'm pleased to read how many pet owners express their complete satisfaction with your work. I can relate to some of that. We, too, are wired to not necessarily use a practice's modernity as a benchmark for good treatment. A recommendation even brought us to your practice. At the moment, however, we are angry, disappointed, and above all, infinitely sad. We brought our sick cat to you for an examination. They diagnosed a severe infection and suspected nephritis. We trusted them and didn't question their decision to prescribe antibiotics. We visited them four times within 11 days and also followed up by phone. We followed their medication recommendation, purchased it, and mixed it into their food as best we could. When, at our last visit four days ago, they didn't even correctly diagnose a swollen paw, the kitten's condition didn't improve, and our despair grew, we sought out another veterinarian. One hour after the visit, fluid retention in her paw was detected, and further tests were conducted to address the problem in a solution-oriented manner. Comparatively, I can only say that your treatment can be considered neither careful nor thorough. What do your followers with the good reviews say when I share here that you didn't even use a stethoscope to listen to a cat with a severe infection? Her kidney diagnosis wasn't confirmed by a blood test, and all medications weren't compared to her weight. Is this how the wonderful vet described works? A referral to another practice or the veterinary clinic was not discussed. We trusted, hoped, and gave it our all, and now we have to live with the fact that our kitten didn't make it. This is accompanied by endless feelings of guilt for having stolen 11 days of treatment and recovery from her. Oh, and for your expertise, the kidneys were fine. Listening to her lungs and heart once and acting accordingly could have saved her life. I consider their actions in our case grossly negligent. Two veterinarians I contacted independently shook their heads at their actions. I hope they read this review themselves, and if they then remember that we still have to pay for two bottles of Oralade, I await their invoice. We are aware that we still have a score to settle with them, in both senses of the word. We are happy to meet again at another location to settle the matter. I'm not sure yet whether I can simply let their negligence stand. I would like to point out to all readers that I deliberately used lowercase letters for personal addresses. I normally like to express respect and consideration through this method. But my family completely lacks this for this woman.
A very competent and very, very nice veterinarian. There are also no long waiting times. She always has a few tips ready for the well-being of our pets, as well as for newcomers who aren't yet familiar with the area, to help them find the practice more easily and quickly. Thank you again for that. I always enjoy bringing my huskies here.
